Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation (except pre-orders, which are then packaged and shipped once the product is launched and pre-order are closed). Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and other unforeseen factors beyond our control.
Shipping Risk
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. However, we will gladly assist in following up with the courier should any issues arise.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at nhartstudios@gmail.com. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
